You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintaining the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Verification

We reserve the right to verify your professional credentials and business information before approving your account. This may include requesting copies of licenses, registrations, or other documentation confirming your eligibility to purchase our products.

3. ORDERING AND PURCHASES

3.1 Order Submission

Orders submitted through our UNITY Ordering Portal are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns regarding account authenticity.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment terms are as agreed upon during the account setup process.

3.3 Order Fulfillment

Whilst we strive to process and despatch orders on the same day for orders placed before our cutoff time (3 PM AWST or 5 PM AEST), this timeframe is not guaranteed. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

4. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS

4.1 Medicinal Cannabis Products

All medicinal cannabis products are supplied strictly in accordance with Australian legislation, including the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth) and relevant state and territory laws. You must maintain all required licenses and authorizations to receive and dispense these products.

4.2 Nicotine Products

Nicotine products are subject to regulatory restrictions and must be handled in accordance with applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations when ordering and dispensing these products.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
